they stealing from my mother AGAIN

I could scream!.  I just changed my mother's checking acct information in July to stop this repeated fraud and I just found this electronic check for $139.50 to FRAUDWATCH.  The phone number is 855-649-0679 and the message says First Consumers.  It's the weekend so I can't reach them until Monday but from these other complaints, I'm not too hopeful about getting her money back.  She got a call which she reported to me so I filed a fraud alert with experian because she said she gave them her Social Security number but that she hung up on them when they started wanting her checking information.  The elderly with memory issues are such easy prey for these despicable people.
