Poor Service & Misleading Volume of Merchandise

Direct Buy is a joke.  It seems as if their inventory is huge, but if they have an item in 10 colors and 10 sizes, eacch one is listed rather than listing the item & then the options.  And yes, by the time you pay handling, shipping, and other fees, the savings are miniscule.  With regards to cabinets, unless you live in Siberia, you can get just as good or better custom cabinets at other stores and apply the $5,000.00 you wasted for the membership toward the purchase.  The club I belong to is in Southern Maryland and most of the staff there act as if they are annoyed if you need assistance.  The attitudes are unpleasant and it has ended up just being a waste of resources.
