Frustrated

I am so not impressed by the method KFC Giyani is using, in my own understand this slip number was to avoid confussions: you buy you get a slip with a number after preparing they call out the number for you to collect, please correct me if I am wrong, this is what happens in Giyani we have to Que to pay for the food after you get a slip with a "Number" on it you have to go Que on another line to collect your food I find it very depressing. can someone please look into this its very frustrating more especially when you get to the counter only to find out that they ran out of wings you still had to wait another 25 minutes for a takeaway, really now?
