Frauds

I ordered this ring and am trying to cancel it because when I didn't get a confirm letter from  them I got suspicious. Sure enough... I am now negative in my bank account and one moment they charge the next they disappear!!! How is that possible? I tried to cancel and to call them but the number they give is bogus and spins me around in "touch this number on the keypad" hell. I luckily found a number one of you guys left so I thank you!! 800 777 4034, of course at this moment they are closed even thought on the site it says til 10pm on mondays through fridays but that is besides the point. I am going to call in the morning so I hope this issue gets corrected asap. They are charging 36.98 when they told me 20 at first so yeah, fraud! Good luck to those who are going through similar issues! I know I need luck as well!
