Robo Calls and Telemarketing calls

here's is what I do. When they start calling me again what I do is say yes I do need XXXX, can you have someone come out. they take any info and when the guy shows up to give me an estimate I apologize and tell him that I'm sorry to waste your time but your telemarketing company keeps calling me and this is the only way to get the message to go back to your telemarketing company to get them to stop calling me or I'll have you guys come out again. After 2-3 guys show up, the calls stop for months and then it starts up again and I do the same thing. You think they would get the message by now.
