Nonsense

kay jewelers gives you an option to apply for credit online.  they ask all the usual questions, so that means they almost have your life history.     ok, approved.    go to order, asking for 3 digit code.  no card no code.   then, told to wait a bit and then use 999, that worked.   for the moment.   order did not go thru.   wrong card number, and anything it could think of.  call and told  do not see anything wrong.   but then the items went out of the shopping bag, so i  had to start from scratch.  ok, so i ask the person on phone to place the order.  give all the info.  guess what, she is wrong, it does not work.   i have to wait and wait on phone.  then she comes back and tells me that i have to physically go into the store with id and tax form.  what???????  i never, never had to do that online or even when applying in the store, never been asked to bring or send in tax form,  "or by the way", have your tax form with you.      who are these people, secret agents for some government.  it could be easier to get those secrets. i order online for a reason, and it sure it not convenience.  it use to be, but now companies or whatever is making it more difficult to get  good service.      
as, i stated, i order because that is my only option 99. 9 percent of the time.  the other one, i have my son, but, i feel if they give you that option to do all this online then they should be able to accommodate you online not have you go into the store.   i keep typing Nonsense, because, i do not want to stay away from getting to abusive with the words.  it is not an easy task with this company.      Kay jewelers,  should be careful because some of the reviews related to your merchandise, is not that great .
