I have received magazines(Better Homes and Gardens, Family Fun and Parents) that I did not order.  I have returned all publications to publisher indicating I will not pay any of their bill for these magazines.

    You have probably been targetted by a fraudulent magazine marketer.

    Contact the publisher directly to report and cancel the fraudulent "subscriptions".
    Are you receiving bills or collection notices, and if so, from who?

    If you continue to be sent fraudulent bills, file complaints with FTC and your state AG, and a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
