Callous service and non documentation of complaint

I scheduled a service call for a broken whirlpool microwave. When the company GGSL of Norwalk CA did not show up, I called whirlpool service center. They said they would not register a complaint and would not even call GGSL to find out why. Please note this poor service from Whirlpool before you buy their appliance.
