I want to bring to your notice that i have not activated Skillderby services at all & I have been charged Rs 30 for activation of the same . On speaking to your customer representatives who was very rude in his speech said that the company cannot redeem the same . It was a very disgusting talk by your customer representative .We are told that calls will be recorder for training n other purpose why does'nt the authorised person take note of this .
