fraud

the technitian that came to house took my credit card so my daughter who the one ordered the satellite wouldn't hav to pay 350.00 more dollars for hookup charged and said only a 1.00 would be taken off .the technition took my social security number also said it had to match the credit card so the technition takes all my information and puts everything in my name .please be advise my place and my daughters is two separate addresses .so dish network is trying to sue me for a bill and service that I didn't ask for the hookup is in my daughters hm not mine and has never been hooked up at my home.but I'm getting papers saying that there sueing me for something that's not mine .my daughter and the technition .did me wrong and still doing me wrong and dish network is not listening .trying to force me to pay a bill I'm not responsible for.thank you joan gabbard my phone number is 8******************4 if u hav any further questions
