Threats given to me and my family . Harassing me and my family and are being extremely rude and fraudulent, how can I take action with this to stop them from doing this to other citizens? Can I sue them?

    My daughter/mom and myself are getting calls from this number as well.  I ignore them and block them.  They have now started calling from different numbers.
