Basically the same as the others. Received a cook book I didn't order and trying to find out how to send it back.

    It's a cramming scam..
    It is a violation of postal regulations to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail.
    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
