JM Kingston means the phone is from Kingston Jamaica whether or not the people are in Jamaica or anywhere else is not known. It was an Caucasian male that was clearly a n American that called my 70 year old mother claiming that she had won a car and a million dollars I don't believe PCH even gives away cars. So before he could try to get any information from her I took the phone and asked the man what my name was he didn't respond I told him surely if I had won a car and a million dollars he should know whom it is he is speaking with. He hung up.
