Direct TV stinks

We have had Direct TV for less than 3 weeks and it is out. We live in LA county - a city of 3 million people and they say it will take 3 days to get a tech to our home.  That is ridiculous! They are  too busy installing new customer to take care of the ones they already have.  Find another provider...DON'T USE DIRECT TV!!!!!!!
