Satellite Dish improperly installed caused damage to my house roof

The Direct TV installers improperly installed the satellite dish and used unsuitable (not-for-wood) screws on my roof and did not apply silicone around the installed satellite dish base.
The end result of this totally inappropriate installation is that rain water has been sipping in and has rooted the wood under it, to the point that it has ripped off my roof, and has made a fairly big hole.
Proper repair of the hole and roof shingles repair is going to have to cover a minimum of 8' x 4' (from rafter to rafter) and the much biggest problem now is to find matching shingles for the roof. I paid a lot of money for my house, and the roof shingles must ALL MATCH!!!!
