They keep calling even after I have asked them to stop!

They keep calling even though I have repeated asked them to stop calling me.  I have asked them to take my number off their call list.  I have told them that their calls were not welcomed and I would be forced to get a lawyer and sue if they did not  cease and desist the unwanted action of calling me nearly everyday.  I also told them that I would NEVER want their product and would encourage every one I know to NOT get their product
