Is there anyonen out there that knows how to stop these people? This does not make any scene how they can obtain your information and can noty be stopped.

Best response: tell them to "F*** Off", or that you are recording the call for the FBI, or just hang up until they go away. Or keep calling them back until they get the hint that they aren't going to con you.
They are an overseas scam, so there's not much you can do to them but ignore them until they move on.
