No customer service no communication

I will never go to great clips again I waited more than 15 minutes I check in the lady asked me I check in online I said no she said okay you'll be 10 minutes after she was done with that gentleman online customer came in as soon as she finished she took online customer I asked her why didn't you tell me. People with no computer you have no service stupid idea zero customer service for a walk-in customers I would never go again they should teach to their haircut ladies to say well this is what it is online customers first Poor people has no computer they have no customer service stupidest idea
