This company is running a scam and will literally wipe out your bank account. I was told I would recieve a free gas card, but never recieved anything. When I finally realized they got into my bank account and had taken all but $9 out, I had to close the account and have my bank launch an investigation. They used several company names and phone numbers to stay under the radar by charging &15-$50 each time. When I contacted them about it, they said they'd have somebody call me back within a couple of days with a recording of me authorizing the charges. They said if I didn't understand the charges or didn't want the services, they'd give me a refund. The recording they played for me was a doctored phone call of me only giving one word answers to a conversation that never really took place. They said the charges were for magazines which were "pre selected" for me. Also something I never recieved. I asked them to refund my money, and they said they'd only refund $50 of it. Also something I never received. Even in the doctored phone call, there was nothing said about the charges. I asked them for their Better Business Bureau number, and they said they don't know it, but it might be on their website. I tried to get to their website, and I found this page. I only wish I would have known sooner, but at least this serves as a learning experience. Hopefully, somebody takes action and shuts them down soon for committing bank fraud.

Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and block the card number ro close the account due to fraud, to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up your dispute IN WRITING, with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bnak's dispute address.  Your bank can reverse charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E for checking account debit cards or EFT, or under FCBA for credit cards.

If you let them run out the 60 day dispute window with promises, you will get stuck.  In addition, if you keep your account open, or fail to block your card number, you may get additional fraudulent charges.
