On my discover charge I notice a charge of 139.99 now if you would please explain this to me ~ I don't understand what was bought ~ What was purchased ?? expect a reply ~ A S P please ~ as I intend to submit a complaint with Discover if I don't hear soon ~or give me a number to call so I can call to find of info.
