They don't mail items and don't answer emails

I placed a large order for over $400 and after a week I requested a tracking number for the package. No answer. I wrote 5 more times over the next 6 days and still have not even received an answer. There is no phone number to call this company, just an email which they NEVER answer.

Don't buy from this company!
