Un solicited phone calls weekly

Continue to receive unsolicited phone calls from an automated service called "WCA Subcribers", typically once per week. This is a spam type company that should not have access to my number. I have specifically requested their automated service (from a lnad line) to remove my cell number from thier list, however they continue to call.
