False advertising:

Please delete my information on this site.  I was promised something if I gave my debit card information to get a free for life subscription.  I was promised unlimited e-mail contact and I.M. with unlimited contact.  I was "NOT"  given the privilege of either one.  Purge my information from your computer system now and in the future.
