Supplementary charges

I recently hired from your company and acquired a traffic ticket. £91 has been deducted from my account for this so why am I still being sent letters that payment has not been made? Please can someone contact me regarding this matter as I've spent enough money calling you regarding another matter of you taking money from my account for a rental I didn't have. I expect to hear from you soon to resolve this matter.
