They are also using 302-444-6702.
When you answer, they hang up. Not that curious to call back, which is probably their ploy. I blocked the number.

    Vitelity LLC is a VoIP telecom..
    VoIP is commonly used by call centers, but also by overseas callers making cheap internet calls.  Some are scammers.  Contact Vitelity directly to report use of their system for harassment or scamming.  They can shut down the account.
