extra payment required for the same category!

After signing the pick-up documents I went to the delivery desk and asked a woman which convertibles I would have to choose among.
She said "anyone you prefer".
I choose a yellow camaro but the kiosk attender told me that for the Camaro I had to pay an extra.
I preferred to take one of the Chrisler 200 available (there were 5 or 6) but I was deeply disappointed by that fact, expecially because later I checked the rates applied by Alamo and some other companies and no one of them asked for an extra, because the Camaro, the Mustang and the Chrisler are sold at the same rate and are of the same category.

If I will not receive an adequate reply I will not choose Alamo anymore.
