My order of air ticket from CheapOair.com was charged $15 of "COA*AIRLINETAXES&FEES", My credit card ending with "1143". I would like to have an exlanation on that.

We also documented on your confirmation you will see two separate charges, one for the airline ticket, car, or hotel booking, and the $15.00 our fee. I am very happy to write today about a refund We bought a flight ticket in winair , from Santo Domingo to Dominica We did not know if winair does not bring the Haitian people without a transit visa, so, i hope everywhere knows all Haitians can travel in all of country in the Caricom , and they did not send an advise to my agency , when we came at the airport santo domingo for checking they not checked us , at the same time we call st marteen to explain that , one of us is sick since she hear that, but , would would like to find all the money an we did not go no where , we do need a charge from winair for that because it was winair's problem.
