A magazine subscription is renewed year after year.  I cancel the subscription as soon as I receive the first magazine.  The subscription service is unreachable.  The community college named in the billing detail has no direct link to the subscription service.  I have now resorted to cancelling the credit card it is being billed to.

    Dispute it through your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number to prevent further charges.
    Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
