My mom was told she won 5.5 million dollars and a 2017 S class Mercedes.

My 90 year old mother received a call from a James Martin, head of sales for Mega Million Lottery Sweepstakes Betting & Gaming, stating she won millions of dollars and a 2017 S class Mercedes.  All she had to do to claim the car was pay the 1% tax of $655.00 and the car would be delivered today (1/30/2017).  I call the number that came up in her caller ID (740-326-2522) and spoke to this James Martin and asked him his company name and address and what she won.  (25 Lane Street, Ohio City, Ohio 77041) I told the man I would have to get back to him and he said he would be waiting.   I did the research on him and came up empty.  Thank God my mom did not give any bank or credit card information.  How do these people get away with this.
