I personally have had a very negative experience with DirectBuy. I found out the hard way that they are not there to support their customers. If you have a complaint on a product that they sell, you cannot return the item and they will not work with you to get the issue resolved. I did not receive the item I ordered and I have been trying to get the right item for four years. The manufacturer tells me I have to go to the "dealer" to have it resolved, and the dealer (DirectBuy of NW Phoenix) tells me they can't do anything about it. Don't waste your time or your money with this company.
