Stay away

There is a reason this company has the lowest rates.  Stay away.
Only one customer service representative so the line wait was long.
Having had plenty of time to observe the check in process while in line,  it is long, tedious, and repetitive.
Mid afternoon, all they had were mini vans,  no cars.
