cancelling personal training...not what I signed up for

I was sold this idea that I was paying for a personal trainer, someone to motivate me and help me reach my goals, give me work outs, help me diet wise. Instead I got someone to count for me, and tell me they will see me next time. It's NOT the service I was sold. I go to the gym carrying my stupid book, but it's pages are empty. I go to the gym when not having a training session, and the person who trains me walks right passed me. The people who work at this gym are cocky, rude and hanging out, not working. So I attempt to cancel my Personal Training, feeling I was sold a service I did not receive. 15 phone calls later, I'm still waiting for 'Brad' to call me back. I call the gym I go to and Jeff screams at me telling me I don't even use my membership....yet I can show you I have, 5 times in one week even. Was that roid rage Jeff? I am complaining to every outlet available, they claim I signed a contract, but they did not uphold their end of the contract.
