I was billed and didn't request this service again... it is a one time charge over a year ago...

I was billed I didn't request this... you need to remove my information from all of you accounts.. If not I will follow up with legal action.. I will be checking my acct in the next week a credit better be on it...

    i also have been falsely charged for a product i did not request and services i did not have rendered and i am quite upset i must say the if this issue is not remedied with the utmost quickness i am going to have my supervisor contact a JAG representative to have your company investigated and possibly legal action taken against, i have never given your company my banking information and yet you were able to charge me for a service ive never used.... odd eh? so id very much like a full refund and to have my information removed from your systems thank you

    I just looked on my bank statements and I too was charged for something I did not buy, and I did not request. I have never been on this website, I have never heard of this company, I don't even know what this company is. If this charge is not removed I will have your company investigated as well, and I will file charges and take legal action.


    So please. I'd like a full refund, and my information removed.

    On my bank statement for the month of July it says I have a $40.00 charge for something on your company which I never purchased or authorized for cleanmypc. I don't even have a PC I have a a Mac. I want my money back now or I will be filing charges and investigating your scam of a company.

    I was charged $39.98 on my credit union account for a service I didn't request.  Refund my money now.   I don't know how you accessed my account but this is criminal and you should be put in jail.
