They are always hostile and threatening and once you ask for the name of their company, they get worse and hang-up. Even though it may not be a scam in some cases, it should be treated as such and this company should finally be shut-down. Considering how they ask and handle information, I can only imagine how at risk vast amounts of people are with this company having personal information in their possession like SS# etc.. etc... Apparently, they've been at this for ~41 years says BBB. How they can get away with this for that long is anyone's best conspiracy theory...

They call on spoofed phone numbers so the most recent today was: 414-255-0086

Their main line apparently is:  844-705-0291

    Any FDCPA violations?
    1)  Abusive, harassing, or deceptive collection?
    2)  Failing to send an FDCPA required "g" letter, notifying you of the alleged debt, and of your right to dispute or request verification?
    3)  Collecting on fake "debt", such as coercing "renewals" through implied "collection on a delinquent account"?
