square up not sending money into my account

Hello i started using square up about 3 weeks ago i bank with a credit union which it should not matter about what bank it is. I have made plenty of transactions and still they have not deposit my money into my account they said i needed to verify my account with the deposit that they send out to me so that they no its me plus to also do refunds if needed. i am upset because i need my money just like everyone else. i tried to find a number to call them and i dont see anything. I also been reading that its not going to do any good trying to call them. I need some direction and how do i get my money or where do i start.
