I have been receiving calls from this company and number and have no idea who or what they represent. They do not leave any messages. My residence is in CT. and about 5 minutes ago I answered the latest call and it is 8:00p.m.  They knew my first name but I told them they had the wrong number.  Is there anyone who knows who "they" are?

    There are many complaints against "global reach int" for Do Not Call violations.  Some people have reported receiving over 20 calls a day from them, often "hang up" calls, or with no one ever coming on the line.

    They are reported to be running a "government grant" scam, offering some product for "only a $3 shipping fee".  Once they get your account information, there is nothing to stop them from putting through repeated larger charges.
