Dispute unauthorized charges through your bank, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse the charges if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
I did not use this service. When I checked the web site out, I cancelled it immediately. I did not want the service. However, you charged my debit card for 59.00 plus change anyway.

I disputed a charge that just showed on my credit card this month for $59.88. I did not recognize ANC*OneGreatFamily.com. Come to find out 4 years ago somehow I took out a "free trial" and searched for a friend's phone number I had lost contact with. They have charged me $58.88 every year, this was the 4TH YEAR!!!!! They were so self righteaus on the phone with the 3 way involving my credit card company, them, and me. In the fine print they never have to send you any information about your "membership" or when the renewal period comes round. They feel just fine taking your money with no notification because they put it in fine print. I asked them how many times did it show I signed onto this website in all these years they have been charging my credit card.....ONCE, that is it.....once......the day I "joined" by utilizing their free trial. They call themselves a genology company but I can only remember trying to find a phone number for someone I once knew. Don't even think about getting the free trial and if you cancelled you trial watch your payment source like a hawk. I just saw the BBB of Utah gave them an A because their willingness to resolve a dispute. Ya right, they don't want to give me one of the 4 charges back......you see according to them I have renewed with them for 4 years in a row.....no I don't ever use the site and when I did it was once......once...the day 4 years ago when I tried to get a phone number...
