I did not authorize this to be taken out of my account, I have been credited back to my account by my bank and they are investigating this matter so please do not make me incur more loss by having to hire an attorney to investigate your scams. I expect a full refund of 57.61 plus the 2.97 that was initially taken out of my account and do not want to have anything to do with your company anymore and by word of mouth I will tell people not to deal with you at all. Thank you for nothing but head aches....

    Dispute fraudulent charges immediately through your bank, under FRB Reg. E, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days earlier than your original date of dispute.

    Follow up to your bank dispute with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address, and file a fraud and theft complaint with your local police and your state Attorney General.
