this number keeps calling my cell phone every 30 mins for the last three (3) days I told them to quit calling , they say ok and keep calling how cn I stop this...

    Who is this person or person all the say I's customer services when I try to talk to someone they say all reps are busy, even told the at least 5 times to quit calling, they call back 15 min later help me.

    May or may not be a spoofed caller id

    Some allegations here that it is some telemarketer for "smartsmoker", and that they got calls to stop by complaining to their phone company, Level 3.

    This number began calling at 8:09AM, I answered the 3rd call at 9:45AM, it is "SmartSmoker", asked then not to call back, put me on a "do not call", whatever, they called 13 MORE TIMES!!! Last time I answered and just laid the phone down with them saying "hello?hello?hello?", they didn't call back...yet.
