Not Able to claim my Holiday Voucher no. 004003

I bought a Holiday Voucher for 7n and 8D from India Today for Rs. 5963/-. After following up so much i got my voucher after 2-3 month of Booking...but than again i had to send the voucher to Big City Promotions office in Bangalore as they are suupose to send a PROMO code against which i can book my holiday destination......its has been more than a month ...am i am still waiting for promo code ....Also If i try to call up customer care of Big city nobody picks the call....There is no website also...I dont know how to contact them to get my promo code....I will suggest everyone not to buy anything from India today...
