I have been a vodafone customer since 2002. in 2005 I moved to dubai, but wanted to retain my phone numbers, therefore opted for the scheme of paying 3 years rental in advance for all the 4 numbers. When I visited India in august 2011 I discovered that vodafone had disconnected two of my numbers for non-usage. I find it surprising that numbers are disconnected like this without informing the customer, inspite of the rental having being paid in advance for three years.
Vodoafone could have informed me or written to me since my email details are available with them, instead they sent out sms messages, knowing fully well that the phone is switched off.
Is this how they treat customers who have been with them for 9 years.
And customer srvice has been pathetic with nothing but excuses as to why they did what they did.

Sir mein do baar apni id de chuka hoon ek baa distributor ko aur ek baar voda fone store ko sir kal jab mein gaya tha voda store ne mujhe kaha tha ki aapka number band nahi hoga maine id proof bej diya hai sir par aaj jab main dobara vodafone store par gaya to unhone kaha number 72 hours mein chalo hoga sir mein number band hone se pareshan hoon sir plz number jald se jald on kare.
