Good morning
I was in Nice for a week and i've rent a car from Europcar.I returned the car yesterday to Europcar at the airport of Nice, but due to some problems of the system,as i was told, the money that was kept from my credit card as an insurance still haven't been credited to my credit card.Now.i' m back to Greece.Please I would like to know when this will happen.My car number was CH-366-BR.(BLACK FIAT 500).My credit card number is 4908450524025022 and my name is STAVROS VAINALIS.For pre-authorization the amount that was kept from my card was 400euros.The estimate payable is 104.98euros.So please as soon as possible i would like the amount of money kept to be credited back to my credit card because this cost me a lot of trouble yesterday.I have the receipts and the contract with me if needed but from what i was told when the system gets back that won't be necessary.
