lost money by debit card hacking

Sir/Madam,
I lost money. Through ATM hacked. Where the transaction done I didtn't get. I have the statement with me the hard copy. Plz help me. I didn't do any transaction on 15 the of February. with my state bank of india debit card. i don't have internet banking, on 15th feb '19 morning 10.53am to 11.15am 77 transactions done without my knowledge. In that I lost rs.9538/- . how it happens i couldn't understand. i did not use my ATM Card in any shops, or online purchase or recharge i did not do the any online transaction.  only i  have pass book, cheque book and ATM with me. Cheque book also not in use. plz help me. The amount which lost  it is 9538/- rs. how i can get back is there any way? how to apply please respond me. I tried give a complaint in the police station they are telling that it is online transaction we can not do anything.better you contact bank people . I have the hard copy of this transactions & SMS. I registered a complaint in SBI customer care I have the complaint id, bank statement related transactions. If necessary I can give you the details.
that money is only source please help me.....
