I have shift my household items from Kolkata to Ghaziabad (GC no 4469650). While delivering the goods most of our products were damaged due to mis carraige by the personal.The video footage of their mis-carraige was also recorded by the CCTV cameras. When we asked them about the damage they tried to escape and the security guards of our apartment caught them. The name of the delivery boy was Sunil Kumar. When called to their office they promise that their official would visit in the next day. On the next day instead of official a carpenter named Kuldeep visited who looked after all the damaged products which includes Damaged Geysr, Fully damaged dining table, damaged crocery sets, damaged refrigarator, damaged trunk. After surveying ebverything he refused to give us a copy of the damaged products. After a long quarrel he finally gave us a phot of the copy. Their official named ANJU from claims department called us 2 days after and provided us a offer of Rs 3500 only for so many damaged products and forced us to take the same. She sent us a cheque of SBI Patiala no 113212 of Rs 3500 through courier. When i submitted the cheque for clearance it got bounced due to insufficient balance. Moreover a charge of Rs 117 was imposed by our bank for cheque bounce. Such a ignorant behaviour, false promises and fradulent activity is not accepted by the Agrawal Packers and Movers. Moreover the behaviour of the officials are very bad.
