I received a $36 dollar transaction on my Visa bill from Good Housekeeping. I actually cancelled my subscription many months ago and did not give permissions to have this $36 transaction added to my account.  Please cancel and credit my visa card. If this does not happen, I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau.  My credit card company has all ready been notified.

    As with any unauthorized charge..
    the safest route is to recover your money by disputing through your credit card company.  Be sure to block your card number to prevent further charges from going through when you might not catch them.

    The amount itself is suspicious, as they offer a years subscription on their own website for $8.00.  They have numerous complaints reporting shipment and billing for unordered books. If you are billed for unordered merchandise, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector, and additional fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
