A and E Factory service is a nightmare!!!! Stay away! We had to call Whirlpool to get them to fix our washing machine and they sent out A and E service. The technician was a dumb looking, open mouth breather.

He stood lurking over my washing machine and ran a load of clothes through. He didn't take it apart, or anything. After running a load, he came back and told me there was nothing wrong with. I told him there was clearly something wrong with it, or it wouldn't A. bleach all of my clothes and B. flood my floor on occasion. He said he couldn't find anything and he left.

I called Whirlpool back, because I was sick of my floor being flooded and I told them it still wasn't fixed. This time, Alabama Power came out and figured the problem out immediately. They fixed the problem and my washing machine now works great......

Fast forward two months and we receive a bill in the mail from A and E, stating that we owed them for the open mouth breather not finding anything wrong with our machine! They tried to charge us $79 for not finding a problem. They said they told me they would charge me, and it was the first I had ever heard about it.

My husband spent three hours on the phone calling Whirlpool, A and E, and CIT trying to get our bill straight. After hours of arguing with them, they told us they would try to waive the bill as a one time customer service satisfaction. It's absolutely ridiculous! Acting like they are doing us a favor, when they are the ones that screwed up - not us. Nice how they tried to make us pay for the lack of training of their 'service' personnel.

The interesting part is that this is NOT the only run in we've had with A and E. Best Buy also sent them out to fix our refrigerator and it was pretty much the same story. I am DONE with them. If any company ever tries to send them out, I will refuse. It would be in your best interest to learn from my mistakes and not go anywhere near these buffoons.
