Billing is inconsistent, sometimes 177.00 other times 155.00 and it is only supposed to be 94.00 for a bundle. Never received DVR service and I was charged for it. I never received my rebate card for verizon phone service through them. I am now only receiving sport channels and God channels, paid programming and HEALth. Please do something about these services. Disgusted on the OK/AR line.

    Although appearing to be "confusion" or "incompetence", the use of such as cover for jacking up charges from your agreement may actually be consumer fraud.

    Contact your public utilities commission or state Attorney General for assistance.
