Bad service

I have visited KFC Durbanville once before and swore I would never go there again.  Despite my experience with old chips warmed up and the chicken not being fresh I went there on Tuesday 3/02/2015 and once again the service was not good at all.  I waited for chicken to be finished which I was told would take 4 minutes.  I ended up waiting more than 15 minutes, then the assistent scratches the few chips that is lying in the dish together to put with the two streetwise two's that I bought.  I will not ever go to Durbanville branch again.
Your Capegate branch however is one of the best branches around.  The food is always good and meets expectation to the T.  There assistents are always friendly with effecient and speedy service.  KFC is still by far my favourite fast food!! :)
