They tagged me today for 79.95. I'm going to my bank today to get this charge disputed and blocked before they hit me again.

You would be wise to also close that account, since as long as it is open and they have the account information, there is nothing to prevent them from running through fraudulent charges in the future, in either different amounts, or under different names.

I just got tagged for 69.95 for a transaction I started and never completed with another company. I don't even know who they are!! My bank says the charge is pending for Friday!!! I'm on my way to stop it.

They charged my account for $85.55 today. I just called and cancelled my card with my bank. I believe it's link to the Acai Slim, Bromalite and Power Tea I ordered from the ads that pop up regularly on Facebook.

I too got charged $79.95. I ordered Acai Slim's free trial and paid $4.95 shipping. About 1 week after receiving product, I got charged the $79.95. There is no invoice or tracking number with the initial order. Beware!!!

I ordered the acai-aslim and the bromalite for $4.95 each to try and to day about 3 wks later, I got a chg. of $79.95 on my bank debit card. By now I have figured the scam but bank said I had to get out of the pending stage and they would do the fraud thing...Thank god!

My credit card says I agreed to the monthly charges... they won't do anything. In fact, they sent me three pages that DRI Bromalite claims I agreed to- Have you had any luck geting out of the "contract"?

My bank of america put chg. of 79.95 back for my use and let co. know I did not authorize for this chg. All I did was order the two 4.95 trials however in small print on the internet page where you order it says that if they do not hear from you in 14 days. Huh!!! they will bill you. It takes that long to try the samples. This trick happens a lot when you order products, like tea, cosmetics and things like that. It can be reversed, just let the bank know after you call the co. and tell them you donot want that product and remove chgs from you account. You know by now they were not sending you a new batch. Hang in there and it can be worked out with a few ph. calls and a good bank fraud dept.

You must close that bank card down or it will not stop. It took me 4 days to get new card and they put the 79.95 back for me to use.

I ordered the bromalite & after 3 weeks called to see where it was. When I ordered, I talked to a woman. She told me she needed an email address. I told her I didn't want to give her that. She said she would just put a fake one in - 1234@yahoo.com. She gave me a confirmation # as well. At the time I called asking where my product was, I had already been charged $69.95 twice. I was told my credit card number was paired with a different name, address, & phone number. The *^&$&%^ I talked to kept putting me on hold to "talk to someone" & said he would file a fraud report. I called our credit card company immediately to stop all activity on the card. We were issued new numbers & the charges were removed from our bill by the credit card company. However, these lying SOBs tried charging to our card twice since then. We got our money back but how do we nail these F......!!?? Can the BBB do anything? Nothing makes me more angry!
