pay back loan or go to jail

I received an email stating I was going to jail if I didn't pay 490 dols. They sent an attachment of a warrant that said hall of shame supreme court warrant. With my name on it and said I would be served with the warrant in 2 business days. I freaked out thinking I was going to jail. There wasn't a number in the email just a name a Mr Roger Clark.
